WareEase is a SaaS-based B2B fulfillment platform (and one-stop online solution) designed primarily for business owners, especially in grocery-related industry.
It streamlines the entire process of purchasing, storing (warehousing), and delivering inventory—all within a single integrated platform.

The problem
The over-complexity of our existing system has caused frustration for our clients and was even listed as one of the reasons a client decided to exit the platform.
While our business goal is to help users save on operational costs, the existing system has instead increased their inefficiency, drawing attention away from their core business matters.
As the sole designer on the team, I collaborated with my partner and engaged with customers to understand their needs in order to develop three portals: the Warehouse portal, the Grocery & Retail portal, and the Admin portal.

The solution
Outcome & impact
While more features and experiences are still in development, I achieved a great score in internal testing, including by inviting two of our customers for testing and feedback. All participants expressed strong interest in the new platform.
4.5/5 satisfaction rate during testing.
Single task increased efficiency by around 65%.
